Returns

All our Hedging plants are carefully inspected before dispatch. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, or the plants have been damaged in transit, please inform us within 3 days of receipt of the plants. hedging plants can be returned to the nursery up to 2 weeks from the date they were initially delivered for a refund. We will help with organising a return delivery and can advise on how to look after the plants until they are returned. Hedging Plants are perishable and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the plants are looked after until they are returned safely to the nursery. If the plants are not received back in a resalable condition then we reserve the right to part refund the order accordingly. We cannot be held responsible for return delivery costs.
